How are the baked goods packaged? All items will be packaged individually and heat-sealed to ensure freshness. If you do not want your order individually packaged, please note that on the order form.
 

How do I open the bag? The heat seal keeps everything fresh. Pull apart below the seam to open.
 

How long will my order stay fresh? Our baked goods will remain fresh in their heat-sealed bag for one week.
 

Can I warm up my cookies? Sure! Place your cookies or brownies in the microwave for a few seconds. Gooey-ness awaits. 
 

What if I want to save some for later? No problem!

• These treats can be stored in their heat-sealed bags in the freezer for up to 2 months: Salted Chocolate Chunk, Double-Chocolate Brownie, Fudge Cookie, Your Favorite Peanut Butter Cookie. Let thaw at room temp for 2+ hours. 
• Our Brown Butter 'Mallow Bars should only be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. 
• We do not recommend freezing our Seasonal treats. 
   

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit card payments and Venmo. 
 

I have an allergy - where can I find allergen info? Allergens are listed on the order page. All orders will include a full list of ingredients, following FDA labeling guidelines. 
 

Will you ship or deliver my order to me? As a licensed home bakery, we can ship across state lines, which is part of our future plans, along with adding local delivery.
