The Details

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. 
  • For orders $100 or less, pre-payment is due in full at time of order.

  • For orders exceeding $100, a deposit of 40% is due at booking, and the remainder is due 1 week before scheduled pick-up. If the remainder is not paid within 5 days of the scheduled pick-up date, the order is considered cancelled and the 40% deposit paid will be considered a credit to be used within 1 calendar year of the original scheduled date.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date are eligible for a credit to be used within 1 calendar year of the original scheduled date. 

  • Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date forfeit the monies paid. 

  • We are not responsible for damages once the order leaves our hands.

  • If there an issue with the quality of the received item, 75% of it must be returned within 24 hours for a refund.

Please note that we strive to ensure the safety of our products but will not be responsible for any and all acts, illnesses or harm that may be directly or indirectly caused by cross contact or alteration of any of our products once they leave our facility.  All items are created in a shared kitchen with equipment that is exposed to potential allergens including but not limited to dairy, egg, wheat, soy, peanuts, treenuts, fish, and shellfish.
